As the saying goes, ‘Spring has Sprung’ and so too have a number of new skincare and makeup products that are sure to tantalise all you beauty junkies out there. If you thought last year topped the list when it came to new product launches think again, because this year there’s even more to get excited about. If you’re in need of some beauty newness, here is my round up of what’s new on the shelves and what you need to get your hands on!
Clinique ID
Without doubt the most exciting launch from this much-loved brand. Your very own custom moisturiser and target treatment. Here’s how it works. First you pick your moisturiser base, whether it’s Dramatically Different Moisturiser, Hydrating Jelly or Oil Control Gel and then then you pick your cartridge of a supercharged skin solution to create your own custom blend. You can target everything from Lines and Wrinkles, Pores and Uneven Texture, Irritated and Upset Skin, Uneven Skin Tone and Fatigue. Each cartridge fits neatly inside the moisturiser, and a specially designed pump dispenses a 10 per cent dose of your targeted solution with a 90 per cent dose of moisturiser, giving you the perfect blend to maximise the therapeutic effect of each formula and ensure proper absorption. Flormar Roll n’ Go Liquid Eyeliner
If perfecting your winged liner is one of your makeup goals this year, Flormar Ireland are here to save the day thanks to their brand-new Roll n’ Go Liquid Eyeliner. With its ground-breaking rotating disc-applicator, it allows for the perfectly precise drawing of eye-flicks whether thick or thin. Clarins Flash Eyes & Brows Palette

Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Cleansing Ritual Cleanser
When Charlotte Tilbury launches something new you just know you’re going to want to try. This is a two-step cleansing duo that’s been dubbed as ‘a miracle spa-in-a-jar’. The first consists of a super charged Vitamin C, glow boosting citrus oil cleanser to melt away makeup it and the second is a deeply purifying Bamboo Charcoal cleanser. While the first step works to improve skin tone, nourish and moisturise, the second step helps to purify and detox. If you’re looking to update your cleansing routine this duo will give your complexion some glowing goodness – €40.
Dr. Hauschka Eye Make-up Remover
Only just launched, a new and exciting addition to the Dr. Hauschka range is their incredibly gentle and nourishing Eye Make-up Remover. There are 14 shades to choose from, I love ‘Juicy Date’ a pinkish brown, for those who like a stronger lip check out ‘Cool Beets’ a deep burgundy – €23.50
Trinny London Miracle Blur
I’m a big fan of Trinny London makeup. The cream-based makeup collection is so easy to use, even for the those not experienced in the makeup department. Miracle Blur Lip and Line Filler is new to the Trinny family and contains ‘soft touch’ ingredients to fill in and iron out any lines and wrinkles, leaving your skin, smooth and perfectly even. It also works wonders for reducing the appearance of pores and pitting from acne scars. Easy to apply, simply wear it over makeup as the final step of your makeup routine or wear alone. Select your target area, take a small amount and use sweeping and patting motions to work the product into the skin. The long-lasting filler effect comes in one shade suitable for all skin tones.
